Christmas Card Recipe

With Christmas rushing towards us at a pace a Christmas Card recipe every other Wednesday was decided upon to help us all catch up. This weeks' recipe was to include

a Christmas Mouse
a pinch of glitter
two traditional Christmas colours
a bit of dreaming

Well I'm certainly dreaming of a white Christmas so here's my card

and here is a close-up of those gorgeous House Mice

As ever, I coloured my mouse image with Prisma Pencils and inked the sky with Distress Inks. I made the snow using a pencil eraser and some white ink which I then embossed. I added a touch of glitter with stickles; red for the reindeer nose and berries and clear for the snow.

Tiny jingle bells and some chipboard letters from my stash (wanted to use dream but didn't have the right letters OF COURSE) to finish and there you are.

Thanks for stopping by. Hope you like it.

  2. Gorgeous,Lauren....love those colours together....and what a great idea to use a pencil eraser to make the little circles....I think I may be 'borrowing' that one.
