I used my Prisma's to colour the image. I prefer them to my Copics for the House Mouse images. They just seem to work better for the sort of effect I want. It's a gorgeous image anyway but I think the glossy accents on the sugar canes and Christmas lights just make it. I've kept everything else simple so the image can shine. I may add some gems but I want time to think about it.

Those candy canes look good enough to eat and I so totally agree with you about the prismas for colouring these little beauties. Alcohol markers can sometimes be a little too vibrant for those subtlke effects you want, or maybe that's just my colouring!! xx
